When it comes to company registration in Spain there are several doubts in the process, which is normal since there are going to be different needs and steps to follow depending on the business structure chosen for your company.

Are you registering yourself as a sole-trader? Or are you going to register a company in Spain but you are unsure if it is better for you to go for a SL (Limited Liability Company) or SA (Public Limited Company)? Do you know the difference between these two legal entities? Do you already have a company and your plan is to locate an office in Spain but you need help chosen between a branch office or a subsidiary?

We are Spanish market experts and are used to evaluate the different options for your particular case and give you the best advice, at the time of making the process of registering your business a hassle-free experience. We are confident that with our service your company will be up and running in a few days so you can start conquering the Spanish market.

After selecting your entity legal structure, we will request your company name at the Mercantile Registry of Spain, the equivalent of the Companies House, which is the entity that maintains security within commercial traffic in Spain. With our help, you will obtain a certificate of denomination and your brand can be then registered.

There are also other types of Spanish documents that you need to arrange and we can help you with, like your NIE, which is a Foreigner Identification Number issued by the General Administration of the State as a fiscal identification number for foreigners who want to stay more than 3 months in Spain, or in order to be able to process certain transactions in Spain like opening a company.

Another document is a CIF, the tax ID number for all companies. It is composed of a letter followed by 8 digits. The letter indicates the type of company, the most common being an ‘A’ for SA or a ‘B’ for SL. In the process of your business registration, we will also take care of this for you.

In certain circumstances, you might need a POA (Power Of Attorney) which we can definitely help you with. The same way we will assist you and accompany you when going to the Notarial Deed Documents signature, making sure that that the process goes smoothly and you are 100% satisfied with your company registration.
